Ongoing Nursing Oversight

Who May Qualify For This Program
Child Eligibility (Your child may qualify if they )
- Are 21 years old or younger
- Are enrolled in Florida Medicaid
- Require ongoing home health services due to medical needs
Caregiver Eligibility (You may qualify if you )

- Complete required Home Health Aide training
